Day 73

Okay- so the entire weekend was a bust on my fitness quest!  Saturday I attended the Horse Races at the Del Mar Track- I started the day great- finished the day great- but it was the in-between that was lousy!  A grilled chicken salad with Ranch dressing (full fat by the way) and 3 large BEERS!! YIKES!!

Sunday, I had all intentions of fullfilling the fitness quest, but got a call to make an inpromptu charge up to Fontana to attend the Nextel Cup night race- hell, I had to do it!  We had wonderful seats, it was a very exciting race- but the food just was not the healthiest, nor the beers I consumed AGAIN!  I did drink lots of water, walked up & down many flights of stairs which can be felt today in my calves- but I truly blew it on the food choices I made.

So- today I am back on track- have stuck to my Jenny Craig diet all morning and tonight I need to do a cardio and a Lower Body workout- too hot right now, so I will need to focus on that around 6pm.

Mini-goal for the week- Cardio every day, lower body today & Friday- Upper body on Wednesday- EAT CLEAN!!
